This hotel is a home away from home. The staff is second to none. Rooms are spacious, stylish and yet comfy. Rooftop Spa overlooking Berlin skyline. Perfect location. Fantastic breakfast. The hotel’s two Michelin star Facil is one of the best restaurants in Germany.

This was a 5-star experience!! The staff were highly professional. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality. The finishes were elegant, tasteful very purposeful selected. I highly recommend The Mandala and if I ever come back to Berlin, this will be my first choice!

The staff is absolutely spectacular at this hotel. We loved the front desk staff, the waiters/maitre d at the more casual restaurant and at breakfast, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and had a good sense of humor. We will come back!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are friendly and courtesy. The room is spacious but a bit dated and worn. wish there is a power outlet or charging outlet by the nightstand. The night stand is so small, there is no room to put a glass of water on it.
