Grand building with spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Walking distance from Museum island. Even though it was a busy time at the lobby, David and Ada were superb, patient and very professional. Ada helped with an an adaptor and also gave nice recommendations for nearby spots. Stayed here for 3 nights and I loved it. The service, design, location and facilities are outstanding. The only thing I didn’t like was the room for the following reasons: 1- Not isolated enough, you can hear everything. 2- it’s empty, I felt that it was missing a table or at least bed chair. Overall , I enjoyed it alot.

A well/run hotel with comfortable rooms and bedding. Clean with most necessities. Fantastic staff. An ok breakfast but plenty of cafes around with better coffee. I will be back because of the hospitality and access to one of the best gyms I have ever visited.
