- Hot Water and Bathroom Fixtures: One guest mentioned that the shower had slow and small flow, weak hot water, and that the sink was beautifully designed but inconvenient to use.
- Pillow Comfort: A comment indicated that the pillows were too hard, suggesting an investment in pillow quality for better customer comfort.
- Amenities: Some guests noted a lack of certain amenities like razors or shower caps, which are typically found in other 5-star establishments.
- Pool Cleanliness: One older review mentioned some trash at the bottom of the pool.
- Noise from Nearby Events: Due to its rural location, occasional loud music from nearby village events could be heard until late at night, although the hotel provided earplugs.

You will not find a lovelier staff anywhere. Kind, friendly, accommodating and always ready to answer any questions you may have. Our tent was superb: spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and with nice amenities. Our shower was outside, which was a very nice way to see the stars (shower quickly, it’s cold in the evening in December). They also provide little extras, such as a phone with the rece...

Fantastic stay. A unique glamping experience a few km from Angkor Wat. There are only a few rooms on site and plenty of staff on hand who provide an excellent and relaxed experience. The food is delicious which is good because the area is remote so no other options. It’s the kind of place to just relax and do nothing while enjoying the sounds of the jungle. They do have a list of excursions and a...

What a wonderful place to stay. If you plan to travel to Siem Reap, please give a few nights at the Beige. The tent is spacious with antique feeling furnitures. The service is top level and the staff pay attention to details. The dishes here are so tasty with reasonable price. Highly recommend to take the temple picnic activity.

The staffs are extremely helpful yet friendly as if they are your friends, unlike those formal straight ups at Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. The room was beautiful. But our pool and the public pool may need more routine cleanup. There was some algae and insects. There was ...
