8. Common Complaints

While guest feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a minor point of criticism noted by one reviewer was that while the lighting in the rooms was tasteful, it was "lacking in functionality" in some areas. However, this was presented as a minimal complaint in an otherwise lovely stay. Another comment mentioned a staff member walking ahead and remaining silent when asked questions, but this seems to be an isolated incident rather than a recurring issue. Overall, recurring complaints are notably absent in the comprehensive reviews.

It’s a beautiful building, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the...

Stayed here for 2 nights excellent service and very comfortable rooms. The restaurant was perfectly adapted to Vegan and vegetarian requirements. The breakfast was varied and ample. The swimming pool was a great length for doing laps and sitting beside it in the hot nights having a drink a perfect end to the hot day exploring. Staff were very attentive but not intrusive. Will stay again.
