An isolated incident involved a cleanliness issue with a refrigerator, shower, and balcony. A single complaint also highlighted a negative interaction with a "very arrogant restaurant/hotel manager" regarding an expired voucher, though this appears to be an infrequent occurrence rather than a widespread issue with staff conduct.

It is a very nice and cozy hotel. The breakfast buffet is impressive and has a lot of variety and the view to the beach is also really pleasant if it is sunny. Regarding the room the decoration is really pretty and cozy a mix of Scandinavian and maybe countryside.
