Hotel has parking lot 8 min away by car but does not reply the phone to come and pick u up ; so we waited there half an hour ! we paid suite 3 bedroom, 850€ a night but there is no body lotion . We paid half board but dinner is SO LONG WAITING ; they don’t care we have children of 11 and 8 , we waited 40 min from order to starter then 30 min for main course then 18 min for desert… WE WILL not COM...

The hotel needs renovations, with a better elevator, balcony, etc. Parking is a must for hotel guests. The breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice. The hotel is located directly on the lake with a beautiful view and sunset.

More than half tables were empty but they denied to give me a table for one. And that they maybe have a table in an hour and a half. This kind of service belongs to 20th century! And this was not the first time that a happened. Does the management of the hotel know that its waiters drive away its clients?

The location is just perfect and the views of the lake are like the nicest wallpaper you've ever seen. The room was ok for my needs -business trip-, although the distribution was strange and not so comfortable for a 4 stars hotel. Worst part was the restaurant: closed for private events most of the time and overpriced when we were able to get a table. Delicious breakfast on the other hand.

Beautiful location! Right on the lake. Professional and helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast. Housekeeping was very reluctant to provide bathroom toiletries and we had to ask them to replenish them. Very clean room, comfortable bed and linens. WE very much enjoyed our stay! We will recommend your hotel to our friends and family. Thank you!

Beautiful little town and lovely hotel. Only thing to know is the car park is either couple of min walk away @€7.50 or maybe 10min walk away for the free one. Other than that it’s all good!
