  • A singular review mentioned a non-adjustable air conditioning/heating system and a broken window panel in a specific room, but still deemed the hotel worthy of its Small Luxury Hotel status.
  • While many laud the breakfast, one older comment described it as "similar" and suggested it "should be better."
  • It's worth noting that some guest mentions of a "plunge swimming pool" or "amazing pool" are present, however, the primary wellness facilities consistently listed across multiple sources are a spa with a sauna, health club, and fitness center.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. I can honestly say. Last weekend will be my last time staying in this hotel. The people who work there seem be great. I had one weekend for rest and I stayed in room 501. The whole night there was banging on the walls. Doors slamming and I had to go down at the reception to ask to stop the NOISE. I used to like this place but I will find a better opti...

We stayed at the Saint Ten Hotel in Belgrade from December 30 to January 2, for a total amount of 807 € for 3 nights. While the hotel is well located and visually pleasant, the overall experience does not reflect the price level nor the premium positioning claimed. The value for money is clearly disappointing. First, we contacted the reception to arrange a taxi to the Metropole Palace Hotel, loc...

Not worth it!!! For a 5 star hotel, I can say that only the staff is on that level! Too expensive for what we receive, too dark everywhere, bad food in the restaurant (Michelin star, not possible to be real...), the breakfast was the real joke.... Also for parking in garage costs additional 35€ per day... amazing! We paid 500€ for just a day and was really for nothing! Don't recommend to anyone!

The hotel is great, the rooms are big and very nice, and breakfast has not too many options but the food is great. The negative side was room service, the food was great but cold (even the soup!). The plates were not covered and the food was surprisingly cold, which I cannot understand, especially in a small hotel like this. Another negative point is that I found my room freezing cold, the AC was ...
