1. Overall Rating & Sentiment

The general consensus for PURO Warszawa Centrum is overwhelmingly positive, with guests frequently describing it as "wonderful" to "exceptional." It boasts impressive ratings, including 9.4-9.8 on Booking.com, 9.6 on Hotels.com, and 4.7 out of 5 stars on Google based on thousands of reviews. Guests appreciate its modern, clean, and quiet ambiance, combined with a vibrant and tastefully designed environment.

2. Key Highlights

Guests consistently highlight several aspects that make PURO Warszawa Centrum shine. The hotel's unique blend of contemporary and modern design, featuring local art and furniture from top designers, creates an immersive cultural experience. Its excellent central location is a major draw, placing guests within easy reach of Warsaw's main attractions. The outstanding service and friendly staff receive frequent commendation. Other beloved amenities include an expansive and high-quality breakfast spread, the Loreta rooftop bar offering panoramic city views, and well-equipped spa and wellness facilities (including a sauna, gym, and various treatments). Complimentary perks like free bikes and coffee in the lobby further enhance the guest experience. The hotel is also noted as pet-friendly.

3. Room Quality

The 148 rooms and suites at PURO Warszawa Centrum are described as comfortable, stylish, and functional, featuring a chic, trendy Scandinavian aesthetic. They are decorated in a subdued modernist style and are individually adorned with modern art by Warsaw-based artists. Guests praise the supremely comfortable Swedish-made Hilding mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. Each room is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a smart TV with Chromecast for streaming, a tablet for controlling room features, free international calls, and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms are air-conditioned, feature private bathrooms, hypoallergenic bedding, a work desk, and parquet floors. Ironing facilities are also available in the rooms. Some rooms offer wide windows or pleasant views. The hotel also offers disability-friendly rooms.

4. Dining Experience

The hotel offers diverse dining options. Magari is a modern Italian restaurant serving buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch, and dinner. Guests consistently rave about the breakfast, describing it as "expansive," "varied," "healthy," and of "very good quality." Special dietary menus, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and kosher options, are available. The Loreta rooftop bar is a popular spot for sophisticated cocktails and impressive city views. Additionally, Youmiko Vegan Sushi offers inventive dishes focused on fresh, seasonal vegetables. Complimentary coffee is also available in the reception area.

5. Service & Staff

The staff at PURO Warszawa Centrum is consistently lauded for their exceptional hospitality. Guests frequently describe them as "super nice," "very polite," "friendly," "helpful," "professional," and having a "positive attitude." One anecdote highlights their dedication, with staff going "above and beyond" to return a lost plush toy to a guest, shipping it across the world.

6. Location & Accessibility

The hotel boasts an "excellent" and "fantastic" location in the city center, placing it in the "heart of downtown Warsaw." It's conveniently situated within walking distance of numerous major attractions, including the National Museum (9-minute walk), the Palace of Culture and Science (8-minute walk), and Warsaw Central Station (11-minute walk). The hotel is approximately 5-10 km from Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport, with an airport pick-up service available for a surcharge. On-site private parking is available for PLN 130 per day, though reservations are not possible and height restrictions apply.

7. Value & Pricing

Guests generally consider PURO Warszawa Centrum to offer good value for money, scoring 9.1 on Booking.com for this aspect. However, it's noted that prices can fluctuate significantly, suggesting that it's particularly good value when rates are lower. Typical prices for a classic room can range from approximately $96 to $147, depending on the booking platform and travel dates.

8. Common Complaints

While feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a few minor criticisms have been noted. Some guests found the breakfast to be a bit expensive, costing around 20 euro per person per night. One review mentioned that the gluten-free bread at breakfast was not particularly fresh. There was also an isolated comment regarding the rooftop bar potentially being difficult to reserve and, in one instance, staff at the bar being perceived as rude, though this contradicts the general praise for the staff. Another guest reported an issue with a payment process related to a cancellation, requiring additional effort to resolve.

I had a fantastic stay at Puro Warsaw Centrum! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The restaurant offers excellent food — the parmesan and truffle oil fries were amazing, and I tried steak tartare for the first time here, which was absolutely delicious. Drinks are also top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — the restaurant team gave great recommenda...

We had a truly excellent stay. The service was consistently nice, open, and efficient in resolving our needs. The restaurant offers great food and a cool breakfast, with excellent options for vegan guests. Rooms are spotlessly clean daily, and room service is fast. The sauna is a great amenity. Suggestion for Improvement: It would be highly appreciated if the sauna operating hours could be extend...

Modern hotel close (10 minutes walk) to the Central Railway station but in a very quiet area. The main advantages of the hotel are new and modern equipped rooms (with tablets for control), delicious and rich breakfast, free coffee and water in the lobby, rooftop bar and SPA. The pillows are very soft so ask to change it immediately if you don’t like it. For breakfast you can have buffet and as wel...

The staff here are very welcoming, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is stylish and warm, bedrooms are ample and beds and linen top quality. The breakfast is varied and also offers a la carte options which is nice compared to the often run for a buffet breakfast. Centrally located you couldn’t find a much better place to stay. I love Poland and its people and this is an example of how nicely t...

Terrible service and very rude staff. I had lunch here with a friend and my child. At some point, my friend took a photo of us — a completely normal photo with a child having tea. Suddenly, staff rushed over and started aggressively complaining that photos were not allowed. What exactly is wrong with a photo with a child at a table? People come to such places to relax and enjoy their time, not t...
