Very conveniently located if you are on a multi day road trip! Really friendly staff made us feel at home. Cute bar! We didn't try the restaurant because there is great food nearby (try Americana pizza!), but we ate breakfast and it was excellent. The room was really comfortable, had everything we needed, and is really well decorated. Very dog friendly - our pup appreciated the chicken jerky treat...

I just checked out of a relaxing two-night stay and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s so cute and the service is impeccable, with breakfast included. I had a dinner here as well, and the food and cocktails were genuinely delicious! This is walkable to all of downtown, it’s quiet and safe, and I will ALWAYS stay here!

Such a lovely stay at the Modern. Simple, modern decor and a comfortable no-frills kind of lodging. Having quiches for breakfast instead of the boring continental was a really nice touch. Cocktails at the bar were some of the best we had around town. Appreciate the attentiveness of the staff. Price was great and location is still convenient to downtown...we walked everywhere.
