We visited for a farm tour and open air dinner, if you want to experience rural India and learn about a self sustainable vegetarian community, this is great way to do it. The food was excellent with each of the 9 small plates described to you by the chef at your table.

If you ever wondered what it would be like eating contemporary Indian food, imagined by an awesome chef who uses the ingredients that you see growing in the khet around you while knowing what the story behind each dish is - you should visit Paeru by Mharo Khet. Ishaan Ahluwalia, the head chef, has done a fantabulous job curating a menu that will ignite your taste buds in the best way possible. Wha...

I visited Mahro Khet in Manai Gaav, sprawling area of about 100 bigas of farmland. I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch there with my IIT faculty. The village is charming, surrounded by green fields and open skies — a perfect setting to relax and soak in the local vibe. The meal was simple, wholesome, and surprisingly delightful — sitting there and watching the rural life around me made it a memo...

It's an experience. The effort and time they've put. The service. The food. They have a trained mixologist. It's mostly farm to table, because its is quite literally in the middle of the farm. You'd have to walk 10-15 through the farm to reach it. Just recently they have opened their hotel and restaurant. The architecture. 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 If you hear me raving about it more, don't get tired. This was a magical dinner - we loved the tour of the farm, but the real highlight was the beautiful dinner under the stars. The cooking and service represent the best blend of contemporary and traditional Indian cuisine and hospitality. This was a totally unique experience amidst all the routine tourist trails in Rajasthan and I can’t recommend it enough

I can’t say enough good things about our fabulous meal at Mharo khet. The chef, Ishaan Alguwalia, blends his life experiences and culinary training into a Michelin-like dining extravaganza. Such a lovely setting for the fine flavors of each dish, and a beautifully presented meal. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it.
