3. Room Quality
The rooms at Masseria Don Cirillo are described as spacious and comfortable, designed to evoke the authentic Salento style. They feature typical Salento furnishings, rustic and antique wooden furniture, and often boast views of the lush Mediterranean garden. The thick stone walls are not only aesthetically pleasing with their white-washed lime and impressive stone vaults, but also serve a practical purpose, keeping the rooms cool and quiet. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and an LCD TV, providing modern comforts within a traditional setting. Rooms are typically designed for two people and open onto a shaded patio.
4. Dining Experience
A continental breakfast is served daily on an inviting outdoor patio, allowing guests to start their day in a beautiful, open-air setting. While specific details about a full-service restaurant are not extensively highlighted, the nature of a masseria, often associated with the "agriturismo" concept, suggests an emphasis on locally sourced produce, with meals potentially prepared from on-site ingredients.
5. Service & Staff
While specific guest testimonials on staff are not widely detailed in the provided information, the Michelin Key distinction for smaller properties like Masseria Don Cirillo often implies a commitment to "hyper-personal service." The personalized approach is further suggested by the request for guests to communicate their expected arrival time, as the reception is not open 24/7, ensuring a smooth welcome. This indicates a dedicated team focused on individual guest needs.
6. Location & Accessibility

Given the unique charm, serene setting, and Michelin recognition, it is generally perceived as offering good value for a special and authentic Puglian escape.
8. Common Complaints
No significant recurring complaints or criticisms were found in the available information. The most notable condition mentioned is the minimum three-night stay requirement. Additionally, the reception not being open 24 hours a day means guests are asked to inform the property of their estimated arrival time in advance, which is a minor logistical consideration rather than a complaint about the service itself.

A superbe Masseria where to come and enjoy the peaceful countryside and the sea bathing, in an absolutely clean and inviting sea. The Masseria is just 10 min from the sandy coastline but well insulated in the countryside so that you can enjoy a pleasant rest. There is a beautiful and gorgeous garden and a nice swimming pool. Staff is kind and welcoming, rooms are very beautiful.

All other hotels extended their condolences and refunded us in full regardless of their cancelation policies, however this was not the case with Don Cirillo. The management were unsympathetic and lacked compassion. They refused to refu...
