I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience in a constructive way. During my visit, I had an uncomfortable situation in the sauna area. While I was alone, a staff member approached me and informed me that this area required guests to be naked. I felt surprised by the way this was communicated. Although I immediately said I would leave, I believe that guests should be all...

We arrived very late in the evening, and the person, responsible at the reception was waiting for us. He was so kind, he even prepared some soup and drinks for us! Such a warm welcome after a long trip from Paris. The service was great, and we also had dinner at the restaurant , everything was really excellent, both the food and the service. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and we really like...

We stayed here for a few nights on our second trip to the Black Forest and were warmly welcomed by staff who helped with our luggage and car, then checked us in quickly. The spa is beautifully designed, with plenty of quiet spaces to unwind and a variety of loungers and relaxation areas. The large outdoor pool can be reached directly from indoors via a swim-out stairway and door. It features jets ...

The first stay was superb. A young, very tall gentalman introduced us to our room, gave us plenty of information to get the most out of our stay and made us feel very welcome. Staff member like him make a stay very special. Unfortunately he was not on duty during our second stay. The food was both times high end and surprising. Always with a bit of a twist to otherwise classic regional ingredience...

Gorgeous views, quietly luxurious rooms, and fantastic food. The moment you arrive, it feels like something settles—like a peaceful blanket wrapped around your shoulders. A great place to slow down, go for hikes, or just enjoy a cappuccino with a few of the rolling mountains of the Black Forest. (This is our second stay here.)
