However, these appear to be isolated comments rather than recurring issues.

The service was top notch and the room was very nice and clean with generous amenities including a bottle of fresh lemon water and two pieces of chocolate. They have nespresso and hot water and tea 24 hours in the lobby. There are two elevators which usually came very fast and required no wait for us. The locat...

We had a great stay here. The staff was excellent across the board, friendly, prompt and professional. We had a cork disintegrate on a wine bottle we brought and they rescued it by bringing us a strainer and decanter. The room we had was clean, quiet, and very pleasant. We will absolutely visit again.

Friendly, very attentive, they immediately understood our needs and did everything to ensure we had a wonderful time. They even provided little treats, understanding that we had a child with us. The rooms are clean, tidy, and qu...

They truly made us feel at home. Every thoughtful, personalized touch in the room made our time with Loden so special. What I loved most about the service was how unhurried and genuine it felt, their willingness to spend time with guests is something you don’t often find and it is deeply appreciated.
