Les Tresorieres met all our expectations and surprised with nice sauna and pool. Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms with self adjustable air conditioning. The receptionist gave very good restaurant tips and all service was very timely and extremely friendly. We felt welcomed! ❤️ We would come back anytime!

À magnifique experience at a wonderful hotel! My partner and I stopped in Tours for one night (which is a charming city, btw!) on our way to a family vacation, and we are so happy we did. This hotel had amazing service, sizable and comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Before our check out in the morning, I used the pool and hammam spa, and it was a delight. We were able to walk everywhere and p...

I booked this hotel through Amex and initially had high expectations. However, I experienced a serious breach of privacy during my stay. Shortly after check-in, a staff member entered our room without notice or consent while my partner and I were in a private and vulnerable situation. The explanation provided—‘night service’—did not make sense, as we had just arrived. This incident violated basic ...

My wife and I stayed for three nights at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was well appointed and very clean in the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast buffet was our favorite of the trip with eggs cooked to order. One very minor suggestion would be to launder the sheets and towels in a fragrance-free detergent. The detergent smell was a little overwhelming.

A very nice upscale boutique hotel: our room was large and comfortable, the bathroom also surprisingly large and well set up (but reeally needs towel bars and clothes hooks!). The room was serviced nicely whenever we were out, even though our hours were irregular. We did not eat any meals there. The location is excellent: while it's quite around, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants...

We had a good stay here. The rooms and grounds were very nice and relaxing to be in, however we had some issues with the air conditioning in our room which made sleeping a bit hot and uncomfortable. We told the staff but an apology was only offered and no type of compensation offered for the troubles. But the location of the hotel was good, a bit disappointing with the lack of parking available as...
