My stay was enjoyable. Lovely jacuzzi available 24/7. Service is good looking and quick on their feet. Lots of things such as crêpes, free hot chocolate etc. are in the main lobby, although I weren't told when the crêpes are available. I found it difficult to know ALL features of the hotel. It seems as if some research is needed before reservation. I didn't see Mont Blanc from my apartment window...

Nice modern hotel. Service was good. The folks in the ski room and the breakfast were incredible. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a large selection. The standard room was a little plain and could have benefited from a few additions like more hooks/storage, a second luggage rack and a second chair. Also the bathroom was rather basic for the price per night, and no bidet one of the best p...

Lovely modern hotel with a very nice staff who helped me when my son was feeling ill. We booked the family room which included two bunk beds. My one suggestion for furnishings would be to include some built in drawers. With all the ski clothes we used the shelves but some drawers would have been helpful. The breakfast is nice and the lounge with music in the evening is relaxing. Like another rev...

We stayed at the Heliopic from 31 December to 8 January. First, the summary: one of the best hotels in its category in all of Europe's ski resorts we have been so far. The value for money is outstanding, the small and complimentary amenities are an added bonus, and the integrated AKASHON and FROMETON restaurants leave no doubt that you will feel very comfortable here. Even the check-in was excep...

Good location, but awful service. Especially one lady at the checkin counter, wears glasses, is the manager I think. Terrible attitude toward guests (not just me). The rooms themselvrs are okay, the bathroom is very small. Don't expect a nice bath/shower. Overall: absolutely not worth the money, plenty of other hotels in the exact same area, with better service and greater amenities.

Nice hotel near the center. 5 mins walk from skibus. Just across aquille de midi lift. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Nice spa with Hammond, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and ice room. Hardly any space to lie down, which is a pity. Room was nice, bit dark but had all what you need.
