3. Room Quality
Rooms and suites at Les Jardins de Coppélia are noted for their comfort, spaciousness, and unique design. They blend an "old-world flair" with modern touches, featuring vaulted white ceilings, exposed beams, rustic parquet floors, and bold, colorful accents. Each room is unique, with some boasting original fireplaces or clawfoot tubs. Standard amenities include Nespresso machines and digital tablets for booking spa treatments or restaurant reservations. Specific feedback mentions "incredibly soft sheets" and clean, well-equipped rooms. However, some guests have noted that standard rooms can be "tiny" and that the shower might require renovation. One review mentioned a layout issue in a standard room where the wardrobe was in the bathroom and the toilet was a tiny separate room in the bedroom, without a door to the bathroom. There was also a comment about rooms being cold despite auxiliary heaters and not being soundproofed.

The hotel features a restaurant, Le Capucine, serving French cuisine in a traditional yet modern ambiance with sea views. There is also Le P'tit YARD, a restaurant focused on sharing and conviviality, overseen by Chef Lilian Douchet, known from Top Chef, and La Ferronnerie in Honfleur.
- Breakfast: Generally described as good, varied, and complete, often featuring homemade and local products. Some reviews highlight a "multitude of choices" with fresh, local products. However, a few guests have found the buffet breakfast overpriced at approximately €28-€30 per person, with limited variety, empty plates an hour before closing, and slow coffee service. One guest also criticized the quality of pastries and drinks, and questionable hygiene at the bread station.

However, one guest reported a less-than-pleasant experience with a spa employee and felt that the staff, while willing, might not always be "up to the standard of the hotel and restaurant." Another recounted being asked for a deposit upon arrival and left to carry luggage to the third floor without an elevator.

This establishment is paradise. The manor is magnificent. Dinner and breakfast were superb. The pool and sun loungers are incredibly comfortable! Rooms, grounds, and service are all 20/20, and we travel a lot. And thank you for welcoming our dogs so well. They have access to the pool, the restaurant, and the grounds; they can be everywhere with us! We will definitely be back! Thank you! Gilles, ...
