Amazing staff and rooms! The hotel is easily walkable to all things to do in Bordeaux. Staff is available 24/7 and extremely knowledgeable on the area. There is a restaurant and spa on site and both are beautiful and well thought out. We booked the room with a jacuzzi which was wonderful after full days of walking.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The concierge service was outstanding — very friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help with recommendations and arrangements. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to great restaurants and popular attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

The room was horrible. The sink was above a step adjacent to the bed. It was the weirdest layout I’ve ever seen. Definitely not 5 star hotel- more like 3 star. I woke up my husband every morning putting on contacts due to the sink being behind the bed. There are much better hotels in Bordeaux. I had to turn the trash can upside down to improvise a bed side table as there was none. No view. Constr...

This is a wonderful hotel and excellent location. Very courteous staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Coming from Paris the rooms here are larger and with a very local feel and vibe. There was a spa also, but we did not use any of the amenities offered. We chose to spend our time exploring the city. We initially booked two nights and enjoyed the town and hotel that we decided to stay ano...

Nice place. Excellent location. Good service at beginning. Later one small shortcoming : i needed to remind them to put my car park spendings on the account. Getting car back from parking was unorganized. Anyway. Go there.
