This was a Virgin Experience and I was a worried due to some of the negative reviews. Honestly, we had a great stay and very much value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating - we had no problems. The room was clean and a good size for London and the cost. Breakfast - lots to choose from. So, yes I would recommend this hotel.
