I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist Fewien Chinese, was extremely rude and unhelpful, with a very bad attitude from the moment I arrived. We stayed 4 days, with children. The location IS perfect. The rooms are very clean, bed IS confortable (althought not quite The sofá/bed). The room was silent. The breakfast was so good! The BEST, The staff, so welcoming, so kind, nice and willing to help in every possible way. Thank you

I want to give them 4 stars for location because our original hotel canceled our reservation and moved us here(you can take the reservation, you just can't keep the reservation). Admittedly, not their fault, but it did put us further away from where we needed to be. The Louvre, however, is literally right there.
