I had a lovely welcome from the team from arrival and being shown my room. After a long day it was an absolute treat to rest in a comfortable and luxurious space. My room was very cosy and homely, and I had everything I needed. I had supper via room service and the soup was very delicious! It was a wonderful experience - thank you Knightsbridge team!

Great spot between two metro lines, and easily walkable to V&A and Natural History museums (and Harrod's!) Really professional staff and they do an excellent breakfast (worth getting these included!) Standard rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but very cosy and comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, terrific staff, great location. My wife and I have stayed here four times now over the years and we’ve absolutely loved this hotel. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We hope to return in the near future.

I booked this stay as a surprise for my mum’s birthday. She had stayed at a sister hotel, The Haymarket, several years ago and spoke very highly of it, so my expectations were already high. Our experience surpassed them all. The hotel is tucked away on a lovely, quiet side street, just off Brompton Road. The location is excellent. Harrods is a short five-minute walk, and there are plenty of cafés...

Feels overpriced for what it is. I'd caution using the mini bar unless you think 7 pounds is a fair price for crisps or 40 pounds is a fair price for a candle. The room was clean. It was appointed in a nice way. No toothpaste, bring your own. I left a charger there on the night stand - it was never seen again. The staff were friendly and welcoming - fast checkout and checkin.
