Took my best friend to celebrate her 50th birthday this past weekend, and we stayed here for two nights. We absolutely loved our time here! We were greeted by Tristan, who was super helpful getting us checked in and recommending some great places to eat during our stay. Since we aren't familiar with the Deep Ellum area, we greatly appreciated his suggestions. He was also quick to offer us his card...

I would have given this place a 5 star but our room facing the front (facing the drop off/valet) even on a high floor was unbearably loud at night with all the party goers and engines revving. The windows do not dull the around one bit. DO NOT get a room facing that side if you value your sanity. The service was also inconsistent and our room was missing a chair. We were not given an upgrade desp...

Entrance is a busy alley used solely for confusing valet parking. Valet parking is only option at $55 a night then add tax Check in was seamless. Second floor room overlooking A/C system. Loud cars and Friday night visitors to the neighborhood let you know they are present with various screams and yells. Sheets were thin and worn out. Not the crisp white hotel sheets you are normally accustomed to...
