Our family of three had an exceptional 2-night stay at Karawan Riad, occupying two of their suites. The property is visually breathtaking, featuring 'picture-perfect' common spaces and suites that are uniquely designed, spacious, and elegantly appointed with every amenity you could need. However, the true standout is the STAFF. They provide a level of service that makes you feel like royalty, star...

Once you make your way to this hidden treasure within the walls of the city, you will appreciate a little gem of artistry that calls itself a Riad. The staff is terrific, always ready to please.

a beautiful riad with an attentive, pleasant and helpful service team. they cannot do enough for you; and do it all with a smile. the only concern: if you have mobility concerns do not book a top floor room as there is no elevator. otherwise, a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Riad. Everything exceeded my expectations — the food was delicious and clean, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to come back!

We stayed at the Karawan Riad. It is stunningly beautiful. But very hot with no pool and Airconditioner only over the bed. There was no one else there and the cafe/restaurant was by pre-order only. The staff was very nice. The in house driver Nordine was a spectacular human being. We ended up leaving every morning and did not return until evening. We did not complain because it would not be polite...
