Nice hotel, clean and comfortable The ‘heated pool’ is not really heated. Don’t expect a spa, just one tiny pool near the bar. It was disappointing because even though it is open, it does not have a nice, warm enough temperature during the winter season. The rooftop bar is very nice, kind service, good cocktails.

We stayed at this hotel from 28.02 till 31.02.2026. There were 24 of us and we all were given great rooms. The bedding was soft and clean, the towels in the bathrooms were changed every day, as well as the coffee pods, cookies and tea bags. The kettle and the coffee machine were in every room. The location of the hotel is convenient as all the sites are within the walking distance and the public ...

Would definitely not recommend, if -5 stars was an option that’s what they’d get. I’ve booked under my own name, with booking app on my phone, with multiple proofs of me being the one who booked and paid. Yet the guy at the reception wouldn’t let me in my room because the card that we paid with wasn’t with me. The TV inside the room even has my surname on it, the same one that’s in the documents...

This hotel was exceptional on the outside but the rooms were a let down. Mattress quality was sub-par and incredibly uncomfortable. Like a thick piece of cardboard. A sleep to forget was mentioned amongst us. Lovely views and fantastic location but please upgrade the mattresses. Check out the rooftop bar and pool.
