Common Complaints

One minor mention was a guest getting lost due to a lack of data on their phone when returning to the Riad, which the hotel attempts to mitigate by providing address cards. The only noted limitation is that the hotel may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the presence of steep stairways. It is also noted as being better suited for couples or friends rather than typical family travel.

Had lunch here and the food was fantastic! Worth going. Best we had in Marrakesh! We had several small plates and some larger plates too share. I think their popular stuff the croquettes and the octopus were good but didn’t steal the show. But the Monkfish tagine was a dream I’m still thinking about. The flavours worked so well with the meaty monkfish. Their Harissa shrimp was amazing, the perfect...

I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this hotel rates as one of the best if not the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. It was a tranquil escape from the chaotic and vibrant city of Marrakesh. Our bedroom was on the ground floor within a beautiful courtyard with a small swimming pool. We spent some pleasurable hours sitting outside our room at a table having a few drinks. The very ...
