Today’s meeting was held at the hotel, and the food and overall atmosphere were good. However, seating arrangements were insufficient, and around 15 members had to stand during the meeting. Proper seating is a basic requirement for such events and should be arranged in advance. The staff, security, and welcome were excellent. We kindly request better seating arrangements in the future.
