Beautiful hotel, situated in one of Salinas most perfect villages. We visited off-season which was perfect - Lots of space to relax in tranquil spots dotted about the grounds. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming; the rooms have a relaxed feel; the food was very good (small recommendation: would prefer a more extensive wine list). High calibre touch throughout the hotel.
