On all three occasions, I was extremely impressed with the level of refinement, professionalism, service, attention to detail and exclusivity. All the staff are very professional, kind and attentive, and can be seen to take much pride in their work, and show genuine interest in making their guests feel valued....

Had our wedding here recently with 35 guests. Grounds are well kept and staff (especially Mary and Flavio) were attentive. Owners are kind and food was good. I was impressed with how much special attention was paid to dietary restrictions. Our guests spoke about how pretty the resort was and also how the massages were very good

We have been travelling around Puglia for the past 2 weeks and Ottolire is one of the most beautiful places we have encountered. The surrounding vineyards and olive groves are spectacular, the rooms luxurious and comfortable and the staff friendly, hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d recommend to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay and definitely plan to return in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Ottolire. The staff are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The breakfast was so good with wonderful fresh fruit picked from the grounds everyday, pastries, eggs cooked to your liking and a huge choice of other delights. Just what we needed! Can not wait to come back.
