I am writing this review after attempting to contact the hotel directly twice with no response. The Room & Sleep Quality: Our stay was defined by a complete lack of rest. The climate control was broken, flashing a "wrench" icon. After a miserable first night, we w...

Great hotel with great people working there. They were really helpful and they made sure our stay is a good experience. We also went to the Sunday brunch which was amazing. They also made sure I got the table I wanted even though it was busy and I made a last minute reservation.

Absolutely recommended - wonderful warm attentive service, very comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms and probably the best breakfast we have at any restaurant including several ritz properties. Quiet but lovely location very close to the English garden. We only had a short stay but will definitely be back if we are in Munich.

A beautiful hotel close to the Isar River and an easy walk to the Altstadt. The River has a very nice running and biking trail next to it which is great for exercising no matter the season.
