We recently stayed at Hotel Lilla Roberts to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival, which immediately set the tone for our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and beautifully presented — a perfect place to relax after a day exploring Helsinki. The bar deserves a special mention. It has a lovely,...

After extensive research I decided to book a room at Hotel Lilla Roberts. We were due to land in Helsinki at 4am so I booked the night before too. They also arranged a car to pick up up from the hotel which we were extremely pleased with, thank you! We arrived and checked in with ease. The room was spacious and lovely. Coat stand was a great touch and made hanging out big winter coats easy as. ...

"In the lobby, there was a horse statue that reminded me of my hometown. I spent two nights there and the location is unbeatable—right near the harbor. I took a ferry to an island near Helsinki, and most sightseeing spots are within walking distance. There are lots of souvenir shops nearby, and everything was great. The rooms, with their black decoration, were classic chic. Don’t miss this hotel!"

We were really looking forward to our stay at Hotel Lilla Robert’s, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations for the price point or the level of service advertised. We arrived with a two-year-old and our room wasn’t ready until about 15 minutes after the guaranteed check-in time. While not a major issue on its own, it set the tone. The lobby felt poorly maintained, with used cups and trash l...

Modern, clean rooms, good location food and lovely staff that made our time there special. :) The only small improvement suggestion we would have is to state breakfast is only open till 9.30 or 9.45am instead of 10am if you actually start vaccuming and asking guests to leave at 10.10 / 10.15am.
