What is there to really say? This hotel is perfection. They take being a 5-star hotel very seriously, your wish is their pleasure. I felt like I was in my own home (well, it was much nicer…) when staying here. The breakfast buffet was good, nothing out of this world and definitely not worth the €45. Note: there is no sauna or pool here until summer 2026 due to renovations. Rosa was the check-in pe...

Terrific hotel. Very impressed with the quality and finish of the rooms, as well as the bar/restaurant area. Service quality as you would expect of a proper 5* hotel. We'll be back next time we are in Helsinki.

However, there was something about the service that did not make it feel like a 5* hotel. The service was not bad at all, but when you book the best hotel in town you expect a certain standard: I.e. nobody helped us with luggage...

We were meet at the hotel check in after a long travel day by a very rude attendant- we were supposed to have an early check in at 1pm due to our credit card status. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready. It was very mixed service some peopl...

Hands down the best breakfast in Finland. The service is always warm and professional, the omelet is consistently perfect, the Karelian pies are the finest you’ll find anywhere, and the pancakes taste like they came straight from my grandma’s oven.
