I had an incredible stay at Hotel Eggers! The interior design was historic yet chic, service was incredible, and the rooms spacious. My only note is that it got quite hot on the 3rd floor - even at night. However I appreciate the gesture of providing a fan in the room without even asking. Many older hotels do not do this, and it really improved my experience. Otherwise, the location cannot be bet...

Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, we had dinner at its restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The setting is traditional and spacious, with a classic charm. The French-inspired menu is limited but carefully curated, and every dish we tried was both delicious and beautifully presented. The wine list is well-chosen, and the desserts were just as impressive. While prices are a bit high by Swed...

Cosy restaurant with a dark interior and soft chairs. Loved the food. We had the shrimp sandwich, steak tartar, veal entrecôte and moules. Don't miss their lemonade. Delightfully sour and very refreshing.

We've been only guests of the Restaurant and a fantastic concert with "The Hellsongs". We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the concert, the delicious food and the Summer cocktails. 👌

Historic hotel. I love the decor. Just be aware that there is no air conditioning in the rooms! As I learned from fellow Swedes , AC isn't common in homes, so it's not a surprise that the hotel rooms don't have it. The common areas in the lobby do have AC. The step up into the bathroom was a bit of a trip hazard. At about 2.5 inches high, I nearly stumbled over it several times. Breakfast was grea...
