Overall, these complaints appear to be isolated incidents or minor inconveniences rather than recurring systemic issues, not detracting significantly from the hotel's generally stellar reputation.

Mixed experience. Dinner for 7 people on Christmas Day. Food, very good, 5/5 The rooster breast was excellent, so was the sauce 👍 Sommelier unengaged, never asking if we need something else, no personal engagement. Took my unfinished drink away without asking... Looked like he didn't want be there. 🤦

We ate at the bar upstairs for dinner, the food was very good indeed, we felt the food had very good value. We enjoyed the breakfast allot, it was a classic Swedish hotel breakfast you would expect, but everything was taken up a level with great locally produced it...

The rest of the staff was friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. However, the sommelier was a disappointme...

PM & Vänner does however make up for it with pleasant service and decent shared facilities like pool, sauna and a really tiny gym (if the gym isn’t enough they collaborate with a local gym). The staff is...
