- Breakfast Quality and Cost: One guest reported an "extremely disappointed" and "terrible" breakfast experience, noting that orders were wrong and service was slow, describing it as "amateuristic." This guest also found the €45 per person charge for breakfast to be excessive for the quality received.
- Crowded Rooftop Pool: The rooftop pool, while a major highlight, can become "crowded and loses charm" during peak hours (12:00-16:00) in high summer. Guests are advised to visit during quieter times, such as 08:00-10:30 or after 18:30, for a more private experience. Limited lounges at the pool may also necessitate advance reservations if guests are particular about seating.

A recent visit started well but the first night a loud event on the roof made jet lagging sleep impossible. Management didn’t help. Next AM Tina comped the night and was very apologetic and thoughtful. We checked out of a planned 3 night stay concerned about an encore. Great location in St Tropez but a modern hotel that misses in a traditional city.

Staff was somewhat rude, not attending or servicing their guests. Not willing to accommodate requests. The manager at the concierge/ check in was not accommodating to a few issues we had. I would not stay here again at all. Rooms are gross to be honest. Like a motel 6. Great location.

We came here for weekend brunch. The price you pay for what you get presented is absolutly a joke. The bouillabaisse was of poor quality and the oysters and seafood platter not fresh at all. We all left with a bad feeling in our stomach and wallet.

Intimate hotel in a convenient location with a rooftop pool and bar. The room had a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The spa was incredibly accommodating with a last minute booking and one of the best sports massages I've ever had.

Excellent experience on every detail. We felt at home during our stay. Maybe a little background music during the breakfast on the cozy patio.

I stayed at the Hotel de Paris St Tropez with my wife and two other couples we are close friends with for four nights. From even before we arrived, the service was incredible. The concierge team (led by Samuel) deserves the utmost credit as his team was not only able to recommend and secure us the best reservations at the best restaurants / beach clubs, we also had the BEST tables in each of those...
