3. Room Quality
The 107 rooms and suites are celebrated for their comfort, spaciousness, and dramatic, operatic-style decor. They feature slick wooden floors, jewel-toned furniture, and black marble print wallpaper. I had stayed at your lovely Hotel before and looked forward to my stay again. I was happy to see that most of your rooms have been renovated to a great Standard. The location of your Hotel is fantastic, the service excellent and the food provided very tasty too, so no complaints at all. I was glad to see that, for once, housekeeping followed the set rule of not changing towels which are hung up. F...

They kindly upgraded us to the best room category, which made the stay even more special. The room itself was stunning – beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. This is not a 5 star hotel by international standards. At best, it’s a 3 star hotel. All the finishing, furniture, and decor are extremely dated and tacky. It’s as if they chose the loudest tile, marble, lighting, etc and chose to layer it all on top of each other just for fun. You can see what I mean by the photo from the bathroom vanity: brightly colored, shiny pool tiles, over-the-top marble, ...

🏙️ I stayed at Hotel de l’Opera Hanoi – MGallery mainly because of the location just a short walk to the Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Old Quarter. It made exploring the city so easy without needing any transport. 🎭 I loved the hotel’s opera-style design and the French music that played around the property, especially in the restaurant and bar. It felt almost European in the best way. T...
