The hotel is often described as a "wonderful hotel".

Key Highlights

Guests frequently highlight the "super friendly and helpful staff", the modern and well-designed interiors, its location in a "safe and quiet neighbourhood", and the quality of its breakfast. The hotel's "Nordic-minimalist" design, by architect Gesa Hansen, offers "cosy spaces, snug rooms, and ace service". An indoor-outdoor lounge is also noted as a pleasant feature.

Room Quality

The rooms at Hôtel Ami are described as "modern style", "comfortable and clean", and "soundproofed". They feature a modern-Danish or Nordic-minimalist aesthetic with rich colors contrasting blond wood, enlivened by artworks and crafts. Guests appreciate the "quality bedding" and "great high-quality toiletries (shampoo, lotion, soap)". While many find the rooms "perfect", some guests have noted that the rooms can be "tiny", even by Parisian standards, with limited space for luggage. Balcony views of Paris rooftops are also available in some rooms.

The breakfast at Hôtel Ami receives glowing reviews, often described as "great" and "delicious". It's noted for offering "quality products (local, homemade and organic)", including "very good pain au chocolat" and "cappuccino to top it off". We loved staying here. The hotel is located in a great spot in the 15th and close to the metro for easy access elsewhere. It was safe and quite spacious especially in the lobby area. All of the staff were super friendly. We also got fresh loaf every day, and there was free filtered water for us to use! We got upgraded to a larger (19 square m) room on the top floor and it was perfect for us. It ev...

Amazing little hotel! The staff are literally the most helpful and kind. They chatted with my very chatty father while he had a drink downstairs, and helped us send off some post as well as print my prescription for a pharmacy. They made the stay!! The hotel is very pretty, and of course the rooms are small (it is Paris, after all), but they are well-designed and the 15th is the best place to sta...

The staff is really good - friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me but it could work for any good traveler because the Metro is close. The style of the Ami is simple, modern, a bit Scandinavian. Rooms are small (well, some are teeny) but they have everything you need. And it's affordable.

Literally faultless - helpful staff, lovely room, great location. Comfy clean room, lovely view of the patio. Bed was large with great medium firmness pillows. Coffee machine and water provided. Could probably do with an extra couple of hangers. Location is great, really lovely little square nearby with various restaurants / bars, plenty of options. 10 minute walk from 2 different metro stations...

Great staff, but compact rooms for the price The highlight of our stay was definitely the team: the staff was incredibly smiley and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Our superior room, "La grande Amie," also featured a charming view over the Parisian rooftops. However, the room layout was disappointing for the price point: - Space: The bathroom was tiny (hard to even dry off), and there was no...

I had such a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless and had absolutely everything I needed. It felt very cozy and was perfect for a solo female trip. A massive plus is how genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly this place is. I felt so welcomed, and the staff addressing me by my chosen name and pronouns was incredibly sweet and appreciated. Honestly, the best service ever!
