This is a gem of a hotel in Crans Montana. They have a wonderful team that made you feel welcomed the moment you arrive. The views from the rooms were breathtaking (make sure you select Mountain View, it’s worth it). The food at the bistro was delicious and carefully prepared. Finally, the facilities are top notch - the heated pool, the sauna and hammam.

There is not much I can add to the many stellar reviews about this hotel. While we only stayed for one night: service location and hospitality of the stuff I was first class. While the 1 star Michelin restaurant wasn't open that particular day the bistro was exceptional.
