The hotel's design, envisioned by Philippe Starck, is a major draw, blending light wood, warm-white tones, and subtle steel touches for a refined yet unpretentious style. Its "fantastic facilities" include a striking covered swimming pool with an opening glass roof, a CODAGE SPA, a David Lucas hair salon, and a Techno-gym fitness room. A notable design element is the glazed bathroom that opens onto the welcoming bedroom.

Dining Experience

Ha(a)ïtza boasts a diverse and high-quality dining offering. It is home to LE SKIFF CLUB, a gastronomic restaurant awarded two Michelin stars and a green star, led by Chef Stéphane Carrade. Beyond fine dining, guests can enjoy a traditional à la carte menu and an "incredible brunch every Sunday" at the Ha(a)ïtza Brasserie, a chic and relaxed bistro cuisine at Café Ha(a)ïtza, and a selection of cocktails and tapas at the central Ha(a)ïtza Bar. Common Complaints

Some guests found the breakfast, while generally good, to "lack variety and originality, especially concerning savory dishes." The design of the bathroom, particularly the "double-door shower system" and the fact that the "bathroom space does not completely close off from the room," was mentioned by some as being impractical. Additionally, the cost of small treats and candies was perceived as "overpriced" by one guest.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t impress easy but this place earned it. My lady had a massage that flat out reset her whole world. Came back glowing and relaxed like she’d been gone a week. That spa is serious business. Dinner at the brasserie was first class. And the Limousin cattle beef? Fabulous. I’m from Texas I know beef. That was quality you can taste. Cooked right, rich flavor, no nonsense. Now those café...

Lovely hotel with great rooms, friendly staff in Stan Smith's, outstanding wine selection and a lovely pool that our kids greatly enjoyed. The vibe is refined but also relaxed. We felt very welcome with our little ones. The concierge team was super helpful (and very patient with our ever changing plans due to the kids). Pauline the babysitter was also wonderful

Breakfast is not what you would expect for a 5* hotel and definitely not worth the price you pay. There is no fresh cut fruit, no fresh juices, only one type of yoghurt, one type of cheese, etc.. Only on our last morning, the chef came out of...

It turned to be a very very average french bistro style food, overcooked, a lot of butter and not really quality food which you would expect from such a place. We got a quite shocking bill and we left with very sour feelings. Service obviously don’t speak english they left you with a me...
