Menus range from Mediterranean and Provencal to authentic Moroccan dishes, including tagines, lamb, and bastilla. Breakfast, whether buffet or à la carte, is consistently praised, with guests enjoying the beach view and breeze from the balcony. Value & Pricing
As a luxury five-star property, the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca is priced accordingly. Room rates generally start at just under $400 for much of the year, with top-tier units beginning around $1,000 and higher, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall. Average prices per room can be around $479, though they can fluctuate significantly. While some guests note the prices are a bit high, many feel the exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and overall experience justify the cost, considering it good value for a Four Seasons property. Complimentary perks like room upgrades and breakfast can further enhance the perceived value.
Common Complaints
The most frequently mentioned complaint among guests is the hotel's policy of not serving alcoholic beverages due to its proximity to the Hassan II Mosque. While some guests find this disappointing, staff are reportedly happy to direct guests to nearby establishments that do serve alcohol. Aside from this, recurring criticisms are rare, with only a few mentions of the spa being "a little underwhelming" despite having a hot tub, steam sauna, and high-end products.

This so far has been a terrible experience, absolutely not worth the price or what you would expect from this hotel brand. Unfortunately the service is mediocre at best, we got a room “upgrade” to a worse room, unbelievable, and we have not been able to get our luggage in 4 hours. Seriously, how can they call this a 5 star hotel. Come on, get your stuff together. This is my first time in this hote...

It's been almost a year since we visited the first time and we are returning in a couple of weeks. Just exquisite! The suite, the staff, the food, the ocean setting, everything. I can't imagine staying anywhere else, and you shouldn't either. I meant to say a number of things about individual staff members but I have lost my notes and/or their cards. Suffice it to say that they were so personable...

Staff is very accommodating at all hours of the night, I forgot the lady who took us to our room - but she was so warm and instantly made a great impression. This FS hotel specifically is quite new and we really liked that - very comfortable and clean. The food at the various restaurants on site, including the breakfast, were all delicious. Will definitely be back!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. As an American woman staying at this hotel, I have been treated as if I were not even a human being worthy of greetings and common courtesy. Perhaps this is cultural, but I would expect a luxury hotel to at least show some degree of cultural sensitivity and respect for women. During my entire stay, the hotel staff only acknowledged the presence of...
