2. Key Highlights
Guests particularly love the hotel's impeccable design and common spaces, described as sophisticated with a blend of modern design and subtle Czech accents. The luxurious spa area, including a sauna, steam bath, relaxation zone, and a well-equipped 24/7 fitness center, is a significant draw, especially after a day of exploring Prague. The exceptional breakfast also stands out as a key highlight.
3. Room Quality
The rooms and suites are celebrated for their modern design, comfort, and cleanliness. They offer a perfect blend of contemporary style and cozy furnishings, with attention to detail evident throughout. Guests report comfortable beds with quality wellness mattresses and a selection of pillows. Even rooms facing the street are noted for being incredibly quiet due to soundproof windows. Standard amenities include air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machines, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are sleek, well-equipped, and come with premium toiletries and a hairdryer. While not all rooms are described as "huge," they are thoughtfully laid out, with deluxe rooms offering more space (24-30 m²) and suites providing ample room to spread out.
4. Dining Experience
The dining experience, particularly breakfast, receives high praise. The extensive buffet features an array of fresh and locally sourced ingredients, including flaky pastries, a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, whole-grain breads, fresh-squeezed juices, turmeric shots, and house-made granola. Guests can also enjoy made-to-order hot dishes and custom-prepared espresso from behind the bar. Some reviews highlight options like scrambled eggs with truffle and parmesan as unforgettable. The Monkey Bar serves as the hotel's restaurant for lunch and dinner, offering a fusion of Czech and international flavors presented with artistic flair. The hotel occasionally offers incentives like complimentary breakfast for direct bookings.

A city tax of EUR 2.06 per person, per night, is also applied. Optional extras include a buffet breakfast for approximately EUR 32 per adult and valet parking for EUR 42 per night.
8. Common Complaints
While feedback is largely positive, a few recurring minor issues have been noted:
- Scent in Lobby/Rooms: One guest found the perfume in the lobby and bedrooms to be a bit too strong.
- Bar Lighting/Staffing: Some felt the bar area could be lit better to feel more lively, and at times, there could be a wait for service due to fewer staff.
- Breakfast Variety/Price: A few guests wished for slightly more variety in breakfast options or found it overpriced if they didn't consume much.
- Room Size/View: While comfortable, some basic rooms might not be exceptionally spacious, and views could sometimes be limited to rooftops.
Overall, Falkensteiner Hotel Prague stands as a highly-regarded Michelin Key hotel, delivering an exceptional blend of modern luxury, attentive service, and a prime location for an unforgettable Prague experience.

The location is indeed wonderful. The service over breakfast is nice too. The breakfast itself is good, but nothing outstanding. What was a bit frustrating is lack of service over reception. There are stairs at the entrance to the hotel and there is no one to help you with suitcases. Parking garage is located 150 meters away. You have to walk from it, but parking is great - there is valet servic...

Clean and comfortable Hotel. Rooms are nice, with a large bathroom and coffee machine. They fill the capsules and give you a bottle of water when they clean. Very nice location. Walking distance from everything in old town and also good connections with the tram and metro near by. Breakfast was excellent. A selection of freshly made A la carte and coffee. With a spred of bread, youghurt, eggs, n...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was truly impressive — from the comfortable room to the atmosphere and overall cleanliness. The breakfast was especially outstanding: delicious, varied, fresh. The hotel feels very well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully organized. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. If I may suggest a few small improvement...

Easy to solve aftersales issues but are not solved after continued feedbacks: 1) Praha has a very bad reputation about its taxi drivers. Falkensteiner could easily help their guests by calling a cab with fixed pricing without ripping their guests off with a monstrous commission. 2) two streets away is a parking garage with hundreds of free spots - if Falkenstein would pre-arrange a slot for their ...

This is a great five star boutique hotel, wonderful room, with helpful staff. Good location, opposite a small park, the road is not busy either. Breakfast, meals and drinks are all in The Monkey Bar, which also has lovely outdoor seating that is covered and heated in the winter. Great selection of food and cocktails. The Spa was also great, we made use of the steam room, sauna and gym.

This is a beautiful hotel, great location. You can walk to sightseeing easily. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was just amazing. You can make your own fresh squeezed juice and so many choices, even a la carte and they prepare it fresh for you. I would definitely stay there again.
