- Minor Room Design Issues: A few guests reported limited space for toiletries at the sinks and occasional flooding in walk-in showers due to design. Limited clothing storage space was also mentioned by one guest.
- Rooftop Bar Availability: The rooftop bar and restaurant can occasionally be closed for private events.
- Service in Specific Instances: While staff are generally highly praised, one older review mentioned reception staff being unhelpful, and another suggested that at times, the hotel seemed overly focused on "Ferrari experience" guests, leading to slow service in the restaurant or bar.
- Air Conditioning Performance: One guest experienced the air conditioning struggling during hot weather.

Very modern and clean hotel. Spa area was very nice and calm. In all a very nice hotel. Only the showers could have a door, because it can get a bit messy with water on the floor.

Had a great stay! My brother & I received a nice welcome from the hotel staff upon arrival. The rooms were clean—though a bit small—but the balcony views and surrounding area more than made up for it. We were in town to purchase the Ferrari F8 and test out the new GTB, and this spot was perfect. It’s close to the village centre with a supermarket just around the corner. Great location and overall ...

Very good solution for those who visit the Ferrari museums... Decent rooms. The desk service depends on whom you approach to... The cornetti (🥐) at breakfast were amazing (high pastry level). Good value for money.

I stayed for a few nights last week. I upgraded to the executive suit and it was worth every Euro. The room was clean and bright and had a nice balcony. I met a Ferrari driver the following morning at the front desk. Very cool. My meals were great. Location could be better as I like to walk and there were not a lot of great places to walk. I will return. Grazie Executive Spa. Ciao
