The staff and the owners were amazing. Really friendly, offering all the time whatever we asked for. The food was really good. We had a really good time here. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable. Everything that we needed to get out of the daily routine and stress.

Just did the day Spa, which was a brilliant day. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, the facilities were super clean with a great intimate infinity pool overlooking the Merano valley. Sauna and Snow sauna (yep, its a thing and really nice after the Sauna). In the main building there are additional Sauna, steam baths, whirlpool and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Perfect for a rainy day
