Nice hotel. Room are big and clean. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is not overwhelming, but enough. The location of the hotel is great, near to the bell tower (beware that the bells ring every 15 minutes)

Like other reviews, location is great, very central so you have lots of attractions within reach. Personally I found lots of cons. The males staffs are really nice to me. I talked to two and found they were helpful and attentive. The female one gave me rather curt answers and I had to press more to get help and Info. One of them asked the male receptionist “will you really do that” when he said he...

The location was incredible. Five stars for location! The staff was very kind and attentive. Two big cons to consider. The first is the climate control within the rooms. Very difficult to control, and the rooms were consistently hot and stuffy, which made it hard to sleep. Second, the breakfast is a joke. Avoid at all costs. The selection is incredibly minimal and Not worth it.

Lovely staff. Large clean rooms with blasting air conditioning (surprising around Europe). The beds are amazing. One of the, possibly the, best bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. If you like a soft pillow-y bed this hotel is for you. Nice bathrooms with a large shower. The location is great, convenient from the train station and all the sights. Very quiet as well.
