This is a gem of a hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were one if the most helpful, professional and courteous that I have encountered. There was a really nice, warm atmosphere in the restaurant. The bedroom was fantastic. Mine was a junior suite, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was never ending. A great ski in ski out location. A quality well presented building at the very top end of the resort. Very polite, welcoming and attentative staff throughout. The breakfast is wonderful and the dinner exceptional. The variety and presentation of the menu was a continual delight through our week's stay. The food is really very very good.

Our stay at Chalet Hotel Kaya in January 2024 was absolutely incredible! We visited as a family of 18 members ranging in age from 5yrs to 70yrs and EVERYONE had an amazing experience!
