- Key Policy: The requirement to leave room keys at the front desk when going out can occasionally lead to a slight wait upon returning to the hotel.
- Restaurant Recommendations: One guest felt that some local restaurant recommendations provided by the hotel were merely "average."
- Maintenance Issues: A single review mentioned a broken water heater during a winter stay, which was deemed unacceptable.

We have an amazing time at this super cute hotel. The rooms are typical European-sized, but the layout is very efficient, making it easy to organize and find space for your belongings. Housekeeping is excellent—they come daily to make the bed, change towels, and restock anything needed in the bathroom. The location is extremely convenient. The closest metro station is about a 9-minute walk, and t...

The room was spotless and super clean, with every detail perfectly taken care of. It felt cozy yet elegant, and I could tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. Speaking of staff...

My husband and I stayed 10 days at this charming boutique hotel and could not be happier with our choice. I thought the hotel decor was warm and inviting. Complimentary tea time is from 4-6 PM in one of the common sitting areas (or cocktail time if you prefer). This is my second time in Paris and I found the room to be spacious by Paris standards for boutique properties. The bed and pillows were s...

The staff attitude surprisingly changed attitude when they knew I'm Chinese and not Japanese. Sometimes they were kind with a big smile but as soon as we asked a simple question to know why we need to let our keys at the reception, one woman and one man from the staff started to answer aggressively whereas we just asked a question without being aggressive to them. Those two people from the staff m...

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Paris. Excellent service from the desk people, maid staff, and servers. Two metro stops within a five minute walk but we never used it because of the central location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see and enjoy the street sights on the way. Would definitely stay here again when back in Paris
