We decided to alter our trip in yucatan a bit and stumbled on this cute town Espita. Much better maintained and charismatic than closeby towns. And the hotel. Just wow. An old colonial townhouse restructured into this very beautiful little boutique hotel. Very lush garden, great pool. Delicious welcome drinks upon arrival and a great dinner in the fire-oven kitchen. No mass tourism but just inside...

This was our favourite hotel of our entire Mexico trip! What an amazing place. Situated in the lovely quiet village of Espita. This place was an oasis. The garden and outside area was magical. The interior of the common spaces and the rooms were perfect. When we arrived, we got offered a special welcome drink with mezcal which was very nice. Also the food was to die for. We had the three course me...

Casona Los Cedros is much more than a hotel. The rooms are serene, filled with natural light, and open onto preserved gardens. The welcome is warm, the cuisine refined, and the entire atmosphere feels authentic. A peaceful haven not to be missed in Espita

Rooms were nice and pool area was very beautiful. Free breakfast was delicious. However cocktails and drinks are very very overpriced, more expensive than a regular cocktail in Germany. This just reduces the enjoyable experience at night/evening as there is "nothing" close to the hotel to enjoy a nice cocktail as an alternative.

Gem in Espita! Absolutely a perfect getaway if you are visiting the Yucatan or Quintana Roo! This was our second visit and certainly won’t be our last! We went for my birthday weekend and from the minute we walked into the beautiful lobby of the hotel we were treated with such kindness and hospitality! They upgraded us to their beautiful suite with a private pool. So unexpected and so apprecia...
