This hotel was without a doubt the best one of our entire stay in Colombia. We first stayed in another hotel in Cartagena but weren’t satisfied there. We chose this hotel on a whim, and it turned out wonderfully. The interior is beautifully designed. The rooms are high-tech and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and help you with any question (for example, finding a good hairdresser near...

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very central and a short walk to a lot of the interesting sites in the old town. It is a very comfortable hotel with a slightly old world charm, carefully blended with the modern aspects of today's needs. The rooms are a reasonable size and the bathroom nicely designed. The bed is large and comfortable. There were some minor things, such as the water...

The room was very, very good! Spacious with a huge double head shower. The king bed was not too soft and not too firm, but perfect. The location puts you within walking distance of museums and great dining options. As well as the nightlife. But the hotel provides privacy and comfort for those looking to step away from the day and relax. The view from the pool area is amazing!! Only con was the li...

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the colourful vibrant Old Town. It was like stepping into a movie set. Exotic is an understatement! We were immediately greeted by Sheikh Rojas the manager who took time out to inform us as to all the services available. He arranged a cooling drink and generally was on hand at all times to make sure our stay was memorable. We were upgraded to one of the ...

Easiest 5 stars of my life. What a great experience we've had. Staff is mega friendly, rooms are beautiful and we even got upgraded to a room with a private jacuzzi. It's noisy at night since you're based next to a club, so that's something to keep in mind but they warned us of that upon arrival and provided earplugs if needed.
