Really lovely stay overall. The front desk staff were genuinely super pleasant and helpful, and the hotel has a great boutique feel. Our room was tiny and the shower was even tinier for the price (but honestly… Swiss prices are spicy 😅). What made up for it was the cute little balcony with a mountain view — waking up to that felt like a win. Great base for Luzern, especially if you’re out explor...

We stayed 2 nights over New Years. The hotel is updated and clean. We had a larger corner room which resulted in two adjacent room doors just outside. Our bed was situated towards the door and thus, I was awoken when neighbors passed by. The location is okay but I would have preferred being closer to the old town perimeter. The staff was helpful and we appreciated the included room beverages.

In general a very good hotel. Location is great and parking is easy and close by. The breakfast is very good and the Bolero restaurant in general is nice and provides a great culinary experience. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. However, the double beds are very small, it’s difficult to sleep comfortably. At times, the reception staff was not very helpful. In particular one person was ver...

I had a great stay at Cascada Hotel Luzern during a recent business trip while commuting to Rotkreuz. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, which made daily travel incredibly convenient, and just a short, pleasant walk into central Luzern. The room was nicely designed, clean, and comfortable. While it was on the smaller side, it was well laid out and perfectly suitable for a ...

It was wonderful to visit Lucern and the Cascada hotel was a great place to see it from. Just a short walk to everything the city is famous for and located in a lovely precinct with great architecture, restaurants and bars. The hotel is very comfortable, breakfast buffet is fabulous and the staff are helpful. Make sure you visit their Bolero restaurant for amazing Spanish cuisine!

Overall, it was a pretty mediocre stay. Location wise, it was pretty close to the station, and was quite accessible. What was on the disappointing end was that the room’s temperature was not adjustable via the console and when the window had to be opened because it was stuffy, we could hear vehicles moving by the entire night. Wall insulation was really thin as well, could hear noisy guests late ...
