My boyfriend and I went to Guadalajara for a weekend getaway from Mexico City and stayed at our beloved Grupo Habita hotel. The service throughout the hotel — from the reception to the restaurant — was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The spa is simple, but I had one of the best massages of my life. My therapist, Rosa, has incredible hands; you can immediately tell she knows how to work with...

This property is truly one of a kind. If you like art deco style architecture, exceptional service, and a location that is unparalleled — This is the hotel for you. The restaurant, on the ground floor has both indoor and outdoor tables. The staff is incredibly attentive and provides excellent service. Great care has been taken to preserve the hotel, even including original fixtures and elements wi...

The staff were genuinely lovely, but unfortunately our stay was let down by a few issues. Our room had a strong sewage smell, to the point that it made me feel nauseous overnight, and the internet connection was very unreliable. The room was also very small, even with just carry-on luggage we could barely put our bags down, and I can’t imagine how anyone with a full-size suitcase would manage.

Love this place and service. Beds are comfy and I love how quiet the area is. I’ve stayed here about 5 times now and it’s always a relaxing, great time. The mezcal bar and staff there are awesome.

My new favorite place to stay in Guadalajara. Everything about this boutique hotel was magic. The decor, the staff, the amenities. It was the perfect neighborhood to walk to dinner, a wine bar or to grab a coffee. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous property and lovely rooms. I really enjoyed my stay; after checkout, I reviewed my folio and was surprised to see more than 12 minibar charges — and for items that were not even present in the room during my stay. It’s been a nightmare to have these erroneous charges removed following my departure - multiple calls, emails, etc etc. Would unfortunately not recommend as a result.
