Overall, the stay was okay, but definitely not worth the price. The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the smell spread through the entire room, which was very unpleasant. The service was fine, but nothing special. Also, do not use the laundry service. I was charged 700 pesos for a very small bag (5 t-shirts and 2 pants). I was never informed of the price beforehand, and they didn’t allow me to ...

Our experience at Casa Fernanda was exceptional and the best experience my partner and I have had in a boutique hotel. The staff was so welcoming and their attention to details was unbelievable. The hotel itself is also wonderful and our suite was just perfect. We had a nice time at the pool after visiting the village and climbing to the top of the mountain. Location is also great. We strongly rec...

E.g. The pool is heated in a 33-degree Celsius heat during the day (which didn’t make sense), the room service button didn’t work, the first bre...
