Value & Pricing

An amenity fee is charged, which covers access to the indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, locker rooms, WiFi, fire pits, BluebirdKIDS! programming, and the guest fitness center.
Common Complaints
While guest feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a few minor issues have been occasionally noted. Some guests have found that the opaque window closures make the rooms too dark when closed, suggesting retractable blinds for better light control. In isolated instances, there have been reports of TV or shower malfunctions. The absence of a full-service restaurant on-site might be a minor point for some, though the availability of light bites and local dining recommendations largely mitigates this.

Cady Hill lodge is a fairly nice place with a few areas for improvement. First, the location is convenient very close to the village and just down the road from the mountain. Getting to restaurants (especially if you make reservations in advance) was very easy. The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and accommodating. The lounge area is very nice. The room itself did feel like a renov...

We had a great stay at Bluebird Cady Hill Lodge and can't say enough good things about it. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and had a cozy feel that made it easy to settle right in. The location on Mountain Road is perfect — close to the village, close to the slopes, and close to great dining. It's exactly what you want from a Stowe base camp. But honestly, the staff is what sets this pl...

Good location, with comfortable rooms overall, mini fridge, microwave and tea and coffee en suite. Beautiful lodge area. Water in shower was not hot, so that gets points off. Reception was friendly and very helpful. however for 2out of 3 nights we had an idling, Huge bus parking next to our room, running non stop for over 24 hours. When we asked to maybe shut it -we were told it’s not an option. T...

For what they are charging per room for this week ( between Christmas and New Years) it is almost robbery. The gym and pool area is disguising. Every toilet in the women’s locker room was clogged. Pool area is disgusting( not sure how many times I can say this in one review it was that bad). The “fitness center” has no spray to wipe down the measly few machines they have. No pool towels. Rooms...

I love this lodge, the rooms are so cute! We have a lovely balcony and it on the first floor which is great on my mom's knees. Lovely walking path in the woods behind. Walking distance from downtown and places to eat. I would give it 4.5 stars, only due to water not being hot enough, and the shower train being slow. Bedding and pillows were comfy and we were able to connect to our Fandango account...

We were very lucky to find an available room for one night at this hotel at the last minute on the same day after a terrible experience somewhere else. The staff were incredible in helping us with everything we needed with patience and a smile. Miguel was so kind! They upgraded us to the most marvelous room that was perfectly equipped and had a breathtaking view. Everything about this room and hot...
